Özgün Güleç is one of Türkiye's leading ECU and chip tuning specialists. A mechanical engineer by background, he is the founder of Dr.ECU, which has provided engine software services since 2000. From passenger cars and heavy commercial vehicles to international logistics fleets and professional motorsport machinery, Dr.ECU offers chip tuning, ECU remapping, standalone ECU programming, dyno tuning and custom engine wiring from its base in Maslak, Istanbul.
Working with standalone platforms such as MoTeC, Link, Haltech, FuelTech, AEM and EcuMaster, Güleç builds ground-up engine management systems and wiring harnesses for track and drag cars. Every setup is validated with before-and-after readings on a MustangDyno load dyno. With a network of 50+ dealers across Türkiye, Dr.ECU is a leading name in the field, and Güleç is also the founder of techturkey.com, Türkiye's first community platform for modification enthusiasts.
